Hashrocket is staffing up its Jacksonville Beach, FL headquarters and Chicago branch office. This is your chance to consult clients around the world on the coolest projects alongside an amazingly talented group of peers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Passion for developing excellent software
• Good communications and client relationship skills
• Enthusiasm about pairing and other Agile practices
• You MUST be able to work full-time at one of our offices since we do not employ remote staff
• We occasionally give consideration to candidates with little or no production Ruby/Rails work experience if they have otherwise stellar qualifications as a web developer and consultant.

Note that our hiring process involves a 1-week paid “audition” prior to the job offer.
